Can’t stay a full week? No problem! We offer off-season flexible booking with a minimum of 3 nights, and you can check in any day of the week, depending on availability. Perfect for long weekends, last-minute getaways, or mid-week escapes.

Each property is stocked with everything you need for a stress-free beach getaway.

• Ocean City Home: beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, new grill, large backyard, WiFi, and 4 bedrooms that sleep up to 8.

• Corolla Home: private pool, hot tub, 6 bedrooms (including 3 master suites), beach gear, grill, outdoor spaces, fully stocked kitchen, and room for up to 16 guests.

We love furry family members. OBX home welcomes well-behaved dogs (please check listing for breed/size guidelines). OCMD is not pet friendly at this time.

• Ocean City: We are .08 miles from the beach; just a quick drive to 142nd Street beach with plenty of parking.

• Corolla: Located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes minutes walk from the sand and the famous Corolla wild horses.

Absolutely! Both towns are filled with family-friendly restaurants, shops, mini-golf, fishing, watersports, and seasonal festivals. There’s always something happening for all ages.  Our Ocean City property features a wonderful park for little ones right in the neighborhood!
